Tracy Webb Associate Director of Collaborative Change, Q

Tracy joined the Health Foundation in 2016 and is the Associate Director of Collaborative change for the Q community.
Prior to joining the Health Foundation Tracy spent 10 years working in the NHS. She was the Deputy Head of Patient Choice at NHS England where she developed policy and provided support for improving choice and personalisation. She also worked in a number of operational management roles at Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust, latterly as General Manager for Womens and Outpatient services.
Tracy has an MSc in Leadership, Management and Change in Health and Social Care.
Tracy is the Chair of Shepherds Bush Families Project – a charity that helps families who are homeless or are in temporary or unsuitable accommodation and suffer social and economic hardship.
