Finlay is a Policy Intern at the Health Foundation.
Prior to the Foundation, Finlay worked with Bristol City Council and the University of Bristol researching youth policy.
He has an MSc in Policy Research from the University of Bristol, and a BSc in Social Policy and Politics from the University of Bristol.
