The Remuneration committee is responsible for determining the Foundation’s approach to reward for all staff and overseeing any major changes. This involves ensuring that policies and frameworks around pay and benefits are fair and appropriate.
The committee approves the annual salary increase for all staff as well as individual salaries and benefits for Directors.
It meets at least twice a year and is made up of the Vice Chair of the Board and up to three Board Governors, along with the Chief Executive and the Director of HR and Organisational Development.
