We work to inspire improvement and create the space for leaders, teams and organisations to make health services in the UK better.
Our approach is to:
- identify evidence for change and best practice
- create opportunities to innovate
- demonstrate improvement in practice
- encourage and inspire leaders at all levels.
We are here to help people, teams, organisations and the wider systems to find the right approach to making lasting improvements to their health services.
We work at every level of the healthcare system right across the UK.
We commission research and evaluation, we work with partners and the service to create improvement programmes and we identify and debate the learning.
