Dr Neil Goodwin

Neil Goodwin is Director of GoodwinHannah Ltd, a consultancy specialising in strategic, leadership, organisational and personal development, including executive coaching.
Dr Goodwin worked in the NHS for 37 years, where he operated at Chief Executive level for more than 20 years and, from 2002–2006, he was Chief Executive of the Greater Manchester Strategic Health Authority.
He is Visiting Professor of Leadership Studies at Manchester Business School and the University of Durham, author of a large number of publications on healthcare leadership and an advisor to several journals and companies.
Neil was appointed CBE in the 2007 New Year honours for services to the NHS.
