Andrew Constable
Andrew has more than 20 years' experience in leadership and management development. He has worked with The Health Foundation since 2005 on various projects, including the Shared Leadership for Change (diabetes) scheme and the Engaging with Quality Initiative.
Alongside this, he runs his own business, focusing on the provision of leadership development and change consultancy. He does this through working with senior teams, executive coaching, facilitating learning sets and developing groups of senior managers across a range of sectors. He previously worked at Roffey Park, one of the UK's leading management education and development centres, from 1992-2004, where he held a number of director-level roles and was a member of the executive team for seven years.
Andrew’s particular areas of interest are leadership and strategy, managing change, managing people, personal development and mentoring. A Cambridge University graduate, Andrew has carried out leadership development work in Western Europe, the United States, Canada, Central/Eastern Europe and Asia. He is licensed to administer and interpret a range of psychometric instruments and has been course director for an MBA programme.
