Annette Forster
Annette has more than 15 years' consultancy experience. Having worked in the NHS until 1993, Annette set up Management Dynamics Guildford, a specialist psychological consultancy. In that role she undertook a wide range of consultancy work in the public and private sectors, co-authored a number of articles and presented at several conferences.
She has delivered organisational and leadership development, as well as assessment assignments in the NHS, and is qualified to administer and interpret a wide range of psychometric instruments. Annette's work in the NHS has included assessment of potential for leadership roles, executive team-building, team coaching, career planning and development and design and delivery of assessment and development centres.
Annette is a founding member of the Association of Business Psychologists.
