Fiona is a facilitation specialist, with 20 years’ experience in team facilitation and organisational development consultancy. Fiona has run her own business since 1990, working with private and public sector organisations to enable them to meet organisational, business and individual objectives more effectively.

Fiona works with coaching and action learning processes to support individuals in their personal and professional development. She is particularly interested in processes and skills that support improved interaction thus enabling more effective leadership and team working.

Fiona has been with the Foundation since 2006, focussing on action learning processes. She is particularly involved with the Harkness/Health Foundation Fellowships in Policy and Practice and Health Foundation Leadership Fellows programmes.

Fiona’s other work includes facilitation and coaching with the UNDP capacity building teams in Serbia and Montenegro.
