Geetha Bala
Geetha has more than 15 years' experience as an organisation development consultant, focusing on leadership and strategic change management.
For the past 9 years she has been a freelance consultant working on projects for public and private sector organisations, both within the UK and abroad.
Prior to being freelance, Geetha was at the BBC. She is also a qualified executive coach working with senior managers in a range of different organisations.
Geetha is an associate of the Chartered Management Institute.
