    Leadership development consultant. Andrew has more than 20 years' experience in leadership and management development and runs his own business focusing on leadership development and change consultancy.

  • Dr Jocelyn Cornwell

    Jocelyn, who delivers the support programme for our Engaging with Quality Initiative award holders, is an independent healthcare consultant and visiting fellow in Health and Social care at the London School of Economics.

  • Carol Culshaw

    Leadership development consultant. Carol has worked with the Foundation on a range of projects since 2005. Her interests lie in the facilitation of action learning, coaching and mentoring.

  • Annette Forster

    Leadership development consultant. Annette has more than 15 years' consultancy experience, having worked in the NHS until 1993.

  • Fiona Grant

    Leadership development consultant. Fiona is a facilitation specialist, with 20 years’ experience in team facilitation and organisational development consultancy. She has run her own business since 1990.
