Jean Balfour
Jean has 15 years' experience in leadership development, facilitation and organisation consulting. Jean works across a range of sectors with half of her time focusing on the NHS. She has worked in all parts of the NHS and has experience of developing leadership for clinical and non-clinical leaders.
Jean has wide experience of facilitating learning with teams and individuals and direct experience of supporting organisations through change. Jean is experienced in the development and delivery of a range of leadership and management programmes. She is accredited and experienced in the application of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator team management systems and level A & level B psychometric testing and Firo-B.
Jean is also a Non-Executive Director of Worthing Homes Ltd, a Housing Association on the South Coast.
