Dr Dale Webb
Assistant Director, Building the Knowledge Base
Dale has responsibility for research and development and evaluation of the Foundation’s programmes. Having worked in the community-based public health area within the NHS, Dale completed major studies on behalf of the Department of Health, the Scottish Executive and the Health Protection Agency, prior to joining the Foundation.
As a member of the national council of the UK Evaluation Society, Dale has responsibility for professional development. He completed his PhD in 2005, which was entitled “Evaluation in a policy environment: Approaches to the evaluation of complex health policy pilots in the UK from 1994 to 2004”.
