Engaging with Quality Initiative stories

Our Engaging with Quality Initiative programme is made up of projects that are designed and delivered with the user/patient at heart.

The five stories show how service users can be involved in a quality improvement programme and the impact they can create. They also bring to life their personal experiences of being involved in a healthcare project and the impact it has had on themselves and the way the project is delivered.
