The Health Foundation Leadership Fellows scheme is now open for applications. This is the last opportunity to apply for this prestigious scheme.

The aim of the Health Foundation Leadership Fellows scheme is to develop individuals who have the potential to become the future leaders of high quality healthcare.

Our aim is that the highly individualised programme of personal and professional development will empower participants to make an outstanding contribution to improving the quality of patient care.

What are we doing?

The programme is run by Fiona Reed and Tim Sims two of The Health Foundation’s team of experienced leadership development consultants. We started the fellowships in 2004 and to date we have supported three cohorts. We offer up to 16 places on each round of The Health Foundation Leadership Fellows scheme.

About the scheme

Over a 22 month period The Health Foundation Leadership Fellows scheme provides participants with one-to-one coaching, action learning sets, seminars, workshops and a development allowance.

Participants find that the multi-disciplinary nature of the scheme stimulates their learning and facilitates invaluable networking opportunities.
