The Nuffield Summit takes place on the 2-3 March 2017.
The event bridges the gap between evidence and action, and provides leaders from across policy, health and care with the opportunity to come together to discuss how health systems should respond to the major changes facing the NHS and social care.
The 2017 Summit will help to reframe what people are doing by applying another lens to the problem and getting people to think differently: how do we manage and implement change? We seem to come back to the same solutions that don’t always work, so what can we learn from this?
Will Warburton, Director of Improvement at the Health Foundation, will be chairing the morning session on Friday 3 March.
