About me

Hadrian is a Health Foundation Leadership Fellow and was Medical Director at Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust before retiring.

At the time of his fellowship, Hadrian was Consultant Psychiatrist and Medical Director at the Norfolk & Waveney Mental Health Partnership Trust.

Hadrian graduated with a MBChB (distinction in Psychiatry) in 1984, became a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists in 1989, a fellow in 2004 and completed an MD. 

At the time of his fellowship, Hadrian had been in his post as Medical Director of the Trust since 2000. His responsibilities included the provision of medical and policy advice to the Trust Board; leadership and professional oversight of doctors; shared leadership of clinical governance, audit and clinical effectiveness; operational management at Board level for forensic and secure services and drug and alcohol services.
