Shared Haemodialysis Care Learning Event

The Yorkshire and Humber Shared Haemodialysis Care Programme empowers dialysis patients to regain some independence, through training patients and staff to work in partnership to help individuals manage their own care. This event is an opportunity to learn more about the project.
