We want to inspire and build the will, enthusiasm and commitment among clinical communities to acknowledge and adopt system-wide quality improvement methods to enhance the patient experience and the quality of clinical care.
Working with policy makers, healthcare leaders and frontline staff we are building a network of safety minded people and organisations to test and develop new approaches in patient safety and create an evidence base for safer care.
