From politicians to patients, we work at every level of the healthcare system to create advocates for our approach.
By inspiring people, giving them the evidence for change and the opportunity to put it into action, we aim to put quality at the top of the health agenda and improve day-to-day practice.
Examples of our work to 'encourage' include:
The Safer Patients Network is testing, developing and exploring ways to build improvement skills and make healthcare safer for patients. It was set up to be an innovative, self sustaining, member-led group of organisations.
Our Quality Improvement Fellowships have been supporting exceptional clinically-qualified senior healthcare professionals to lead quality improvement into the future.
We are building capacity within a number of royal colleges to support their members in their work to improve quality.
We inform the development of health policy by influencing to ensure it focuses on improving the quality of healthcare in the UK. We are working to influence the new government to ensure quality and safety remain on its agenda in this difficult financial period.
We believe networks have the potential to encourage quality improvement. We are exploring and developing a new approach to support and stimulate emergent networks of people leading quality improvement.
