COVID-19 impact inquiry evidence library A collaborative resource to showcase submissions from the COVID-19 impact inquiry's Call for evidence.

COVID-19 impact inquiry graphic primary hero

Our COVID-19 impact inquiry gathered evidence from a wide range of sources across the UK to consider how experiences of the pandemic have been influenced by people’s existing health conditions and inequalities.

In November 2020, we launched a Call for evidence to capture a diverse range of data and perspectives. Here, we showcase the submissions that helped to shape our final report as well as evidence that was identified as part of our qualitative review.

About the evidence

The evidence has been organised across a number of themes with tags to indicate which groups the evidence primarily refers to. Some files are reports that have been published on organisations' own website, others are not published or had not been published at the time of submission and generate a document download (this may vary depending on your browser's settings).

All evidence relates to the first wave of the pandemic. Findings do not necessarily represent the views of the Health Foundation. We would like to thank everyone who submitted evidence including those that have not been published below. If you have any questions, please email COVID-19impactinquiry@health.org.uk. New evidence will not be published to this library beyond August 2021.
