Ben Gershlick Senior Economist
Ben Gershlick joined the Health Foundation in 2013 becoming Policy and Economics Analyst in August 2014, and a Senior Economist in 2018.
Ben leads on our economic analysis of supply-side issues in health – including the health and social care workforce, finance and funding, and capital. This includes our report Closing the Gap, with the King’s Fund and the Nuffield Trust, and Securing the Future, with the Institute for Fiscal Studies.
Prior to joining the Health Foundation, Ben spent time at the Department of Health and at Channel 3 Consulting as a Health Policy Consultant. Ben has a an MSc in International Health Policy (focusing on health economics) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he also got his undergraduate degree.
