Florence is a NHS England Programme Manager. She joined the Improvement Analytics Unit in July 2016.
Florence has worked in the NHS since 2005 when she joined what was the National Clinical Assessment Service (now the Practitioner performance advice service in NHS Resolution) as a case manager, dealing with concerns about the performance of individual doctors, dentists and pharmacists.
She has worked in project and programme management for the NHS since 2006, supporting the set-up and implementation of a number of initiatives. She joined NHS England’s programme and project management resource pool in 2014 and worked on the national Learning Disability programme before joining the IAU.
Florence has a degree in English Literature and holds qualifications in her professional field. Prior to joining the NHS, she worked for the Charity Commission for England and Wales.
