Improvement team Our improvement team manage the delivery of the Health Foundation's funding programmes for projects aiming to improve health service delivery in the UK

They also analyse the learning, knowledge and impact of our work to ensure the programme of activities we design are the most effective ways of inspiring improvement and influencing policy and practice.

Rosie Graham joined the Health Foundation in October 2017 as a Programme Officer in the Improvement team.  She currently works with programmes Scaling Up Improvement and Q Exchange.

Hannah Fontana

Hannah Patel joined the Health Foundation in May 2017 as a Programme Manager in the Improvement Directorate.  

Oliver Smithson

Oli joined the Health Foundation in October 2017 and is now a Programme Manager in the Improvement team.

Daphne Amevenu

Daphne Amevenu is Head of Improvement Programmes in the Improvement Directorate.

Sarah Reed

Sarah Reed joined the Health Foundation in February 2017 as Improvement Fellow.
