Oli joined the Health Foundation in October 2017 and is now a Programme Officer in the Improvement team. 

Before joining the Health Foundation, Oli worked as a support worker for adults with disabilities at a residential care home in Gloucestershire. 

Oli has an integrated Master’s degree in pharmacology, specialising in molecular neuroscience, from University College London.
