About me
Sadly, Annette passed away in November 2016. Read a tribute to her work written by some of her Quality Improvement Fellow alumni.
Annette was an Independent QI Consultant and a registered nurse. She started her career in a succession of clinical roles before becoming the Head of Modernisation at Conwy and Denbighshire NHS Trust, and being appointed the Associate Director Service Transformation in 2008.
From 2009 she worked as an independent QI Consultant with a variety of organisations including The King's Fund, The Welsh Government and the IHI.
