About me
Vicki is a GenerationQ Fellow and Deputy Director of Strategy and Partnerships at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board.
I lead on the long term strategic planning for the health board, with a key focus on the reconfiguration of clinical services to ensure sustainability, transforming the way health care is provided and reducing inequalities across the patch. I do this in conjunction with our population and staff members to ensure we meet the outcomes that are important to people.
I also have a key focus on working in partnership with partners within CTM and also wider across our region and nationally.
