Experiences of NHS staff working in secondary mental health services during the COVID-19 pandemic 

THIS Institute’s new research article focused on the experiences of NHS staff working in secondary mental health services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Findings show that staff often had a very difficult time, reporting multiple forms of stress, including trauma associated with COVID-related deaths of people for whom they cared, anxiety linked to unusual and highly demanding working conditions, fatigue, and new practices. Read the article
