Shaun Leamon Research Manager

Shaun joined the Health Foundation in April 2015, as a Research Manager.

Shaun works to build and share evidence and capability, and help others test and demonstrate innovations to improve quality in health service delivery. As part of this work, Shaun leads the Health Foundation’s Insight programme, one of the Foundation’s largest research programmes supporting novel research to improve health and care in the UK.

Prior to joining the Health Foundation, Shaun led a team of research staff at the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB). The group was responsible for positioning the RNIB as a key knowledge source on evidence and research in the sight loss sector. Shaun was also responsible for co-designing and delivering the RNIB’s 5-year strategic plan for research.

Shaun holds a BSc in Physiology and an MSc in Human and Applied Physiological Research.
