Dr Estée Török specialises in Infectious Diseases and Medical Microbiology. She completed her PhD in Biological Sciences, looking at HIV-associated tuberculous meningitis and has since become involved in clinical research exploring translational microbial genomics.

Dr Rina Dutta has a PhD in Psychological Medicine and Psychiatry. Her specialism is general psychiatry with sub-specialisation in liaison psychiatry

Jonathan Fallowfield, Clinician Scientist Fellow

Dr Fallowfield is a hepatologist at the MRC Centre for Inflammation Research in Edinburgh. His research focuses on haemodynamic and anti-fibrotic effects of targeted therapies in models of cirrhosis and portal hypertension (high blood pressure in the portal vein).

Luke Devey, Clinician Scientist Fellow

Mr Devey is a transplant surgeon at the University of Edinburgh. Mr Devey’s research relates to transplanted organs, specifically the role of antigen presenting cells and T regulatory cells in ischaemic preconditioning.
