Key points

  • All applications must be completed and submitted online via our online system (unless otherwise stated).

  • Please ensure you have read the guidelines on the relevant web page before starting your application.

If you need to log a technical issue or have any queries about the programme or the application process that cannot be answered by the specific programme supporting information documents, then please contact the programme team whose contact details can be found in the programme guidance. We aim to resolve all technical issues within five working days.

1. Getting started

Here are some hints and tips to help you use the applicant portal.

  • Please save the applicant portal address into your favourites so it is easy to access to review your applications.

  • Then register with the contact details of the person who should receive all the information regarding the application.

2. Navigating the applicant portal

These are some summary steps to help you navigate through the applicant portal.

  • Once you have successful registered and logged in you will see a list of available programmes to apply for under 'available funding programmes'.

  •  Select the programme you wish to apply for. Once you have selected the programme you wish to apply for by selecting the 'click here to apply' button you will be directed to the application form contents page.

  • You can save and resume your form at any time before you submit it. You can find the relevant application via the 'my funding requests' tab.

  • If a question has a red asterisk at the end of it, this indicates a mandatory question. You will not be able to submit your application until you have entered all mandatory information.

Good luck with your application.
