How the health care industry uses lean methods

About this video

Sharon Williams, one of our Improvement Science fellows, talks about how lean methodologies are being used in health care.

As an Improvement Science Fellow, Sharon's research is focusing on the design of integrated care pathways to assess what lessons can be drawn from improvement technologies such as lean and agile and to consider how this learning can inform the delivery of standardised and patient-centred care.
