PLanning for the Effective Transformation of Health using Operational Research and Advanced Analytics (PLETHORA) is a UK-wide project drawing together analysts and operational researchers to make better use of advanced analytics and data.
We funded PLETHORA to create a connection between analysts and researchers, which will help them explore how successful analytical techniques used in other sectors can be used to improve decision making and quality of care in the NHS.
