Improvement projects that we fund We support front-line teams who are working to improve health and social care

Over the last 10 years, we have given grants and practical support to hundreds of UK-wide teams, helping them test and develop innovative ideas and spread improvements in care.

In a resource-constrained environment, people working in health and social care need the space to design and test new ideas. 

The Health Foundation encourages and supports good ideas coming from the health and social care system and we run programmes on specific themes, such as safety, person-centred care and the flow of patients.
