Anna is a Leaders for Change Fellow and Company Secretary and Head of Commercial Delivery at Derbyshire Support and Facilities Services (DSFS) - a wholly owned subsidiary of Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
About me
I currently manage the commercial and residences team within DSFS and provide the governance framework and assurance for the board on these matters. Having project managed the DSFS Limited Programme, I transferred over to the board of DSFS with a passion and drive to support colleagues through the transition and develop a positive culture where people feel valued for their contribution and accepted as an individual.
I have also played a pivotal role in supporting the establishment and onboarding of Royal Primary Care as one of the country’s first acute trusts operating in GP practice groups. I continue to support the lease and contractual arrangements and facilitate the DSFS service delivery into Royal Primary Care.
