Caroline is an Intern in the Data Analytics team, which seeks to improve health and healthcare through effective data analysis. She has contributed to work programmes across the whole directorate, including supporting an analysis of ambulance waiting times, exploring pressures in urgent and emergency care and developing analytical pipelines.

Caroline is particularly interested in how data analytics can be used to stratify patient outcomes, and identify opportunities for earlier and more effective intervention.
