Organised in partnership with the Nuffield Trust

Data and information are being heralded as the lifeblood of the NHS, vital for the safe and efficient management of services. As the NHS faces increasing financial pressures and demand for services, using real-time data effectively to monitor quality of care is more important than ever.

Whilst there are many examples of sophisticated use of data for monitoring quality and healthcare performance, there is still a large knowledge gap within the NHS about how to implement these methods effectively.

This event will encourage you to think about different approaches for monitoring quality of care using data in both local clinical governance and national regulatory systems.

We will bring together analysts, clinicians, managers and commissioners to create a learning environment with practical examples of how to make the most of data.

This event is invitation only, but if you’d like to attend please contact the Nuffield Trust events team via events@nuffieldtrust.org.uk
