About me
Elisabeth is a Health Foundation Leadership Fellow and Service Improvement Manager for Hartlepool Primary Care Trust.
Her background is in nursing and she qualified as a registered general nurse in 1983. She achieved a diploma in Higher Education Health Studies in 1998 and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in 2003.
She has been Service Improvement Manager since May 2005. Elisabeth’s main area of responsibility is working with health care professionals to achieve improvements in services. In addition, she is responsible for developing and delivering training programmes and university lectures to build the capability for service improvement.
