About me
Jacky is a Quality Improvement Fellow and GP and Clinical Director, Lewisham Clinical Commissioning Group.
She graduated from Edinburgh University, and is a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners.
She is an experienced primary care physician, whose passion for improving the quality of care has led to her develop teams and deliver improved patient care pathways and primary and preventive quality improvement programmes across several primary care trusts.
Jacky gained a Masters in Public Health from Harvard and is now the Medical Director of South-East London Doctors’ Co-operative, a GP organisation providing primary care services to a population of 1 million, remotely, at its base and across a number of Hospital Urgent Care Centres.
She has been firmly focused on leading the quality agenda for out-of-hours care provision across the sector, working hard to achieve this, through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams of staff and clinicians, and engagement with patients and their carers, developing a culture of openness, learning and continuous improvement.
Jacky was undertaking a clinical educator qualification (PGCE) to enhance her ability to facilitate the learning and development of others.
