About me
Lisa is a Leaders for Change Fellow and Head of Governance and Assurance at Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust.
She joined the NHS in 1997 as an NHS Management Trainee and has worked in both the UK and Canadian health systems.
She has experience of working in acute district general hospitals around England; a forensic psychiatric hospital; a primary care trust and at a strategic health authority.
Her current role is Head of Governance at a foundation trust in the north of England, working closely with the Chief Executive and Company Secretary, as well as all of the Executive and Non Executive Directors.
She is currently studying for the ICSA Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme.
