About me

Pauline is a Health Foundation Leadership Fellow and Lead Dietitian/Allied Health Professions Manager Hospital Services at South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust.

At the time of her fellowship, Pauline Mulholland was Nutrition and Diet Therapy Manager for South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust, Belfast.

Pauline graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry in 1984. In 1986 Pauline gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics (with State Registration) and in 1998, a Professional Diploma in Advanced Dietetic Practice. 

At the time of her fellowship, she was studying for a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Service Management. Pauline had been in her post since 1998. Her role as Nutrition and Diet Therapy Manager was to establish and co-ordinate a comprehensive, integrated, seamless and effective service which spans the full range of hospital and community settings. 

She was responsible for delivering challenging contract volumes within available income, which meet the quality and outcome standards agreed with purchasers and delivered in consultation with service users.
