Richard is a Harkness Fellow and Deputy Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer at Public Health England.
He is a Senior Associate Tutor at Oxford University.
Richard's career has been in hospital management, the civil service and part-time academic roles. He was a 2007-08 Harkness Health Foundation Fellow, when he looked at integrated delivery systems in Kaiser Permanente and UC Berkeley.
