Spreading Improvement
This programme offers £1.5 million funding for approximately 15 projects a year. It aims to generate evidence and learning about how to effectively disseminate and spread best practice.
Increasing Continuity of Care in General Practice
This programme ran from 2019 to 2021 and offered five GP practices and federations up to £250,000 to fund targeted quality improvement work to increase continuity in their practices.
