Ingeborg joined the Health Foundation Investment Committee as an independent member in February 2018.

She is passionate about the role capital markets can play in innovation, improving access to healthcare and better health. She has a background in finance and investment analysis gained as a research analyst at Goldman Sachs and Jefferies, before moving into communication as head of investor relations at Smith & Nephew. Ingeborg is currently CFO of CMR Surgical, a private medical technology company in the UK.

She holds a MEng in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London, an MSc in Public Health from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and she is a CFA® charterholder. She is a non-executive director of Intelligent Ultrasound.
