Investment committee The investment committee is responsible for the appropriate and effective management and oversight of the Health Foundation’s endowment portfolio

The committee meets four times a year to review the Foundation’s investment policy, recommending any changes to this policy to the Board of Governors.

Guided by our responsible investment principles, the committee has responsibility for the appropriate and effective management of the endowment portfolio, determining the most suitable investment asset allocation for the endowment portfolio to achieve its targeted return without undue risk. 

The investment committee membership is formed of governors, executives and independent members each with specific investment experience relevant to the endowment portfolio
