Sciana: The Health Leaders Network announces the 18 new Fellows selected to join its sixth cohort.

The Fellows actively contribute to at least one of the health and care systems in Germany, Switzerland, and the UK and are dedicated to the joint exploration and collective problem-solving of future challenges for health and wellbeing.

This cohort’s theme is systems leadership for new forms of health, care and wellbeing. Cohort 6 will have its first residential meeting at Schloss Leopoldskron in May 2024.

In addition to getting to know one another at this meeting, Fellows will focus on systems leadership and learning about the health systems across each country. During four residential meetings over two years, they will continue to explore personal leadership goals as a cohort and learn from one another on how to shape new forms of health, care, and wellbeing.

Fellows will also be introduced to an applied leadership project, the Sciana Challenge, and Cohort 5 Fellows. They will work alongside Cohort 6 programme co-leads Sir David Behan and Mary Helen Pombo

Established in April 2017, the Sciana Network is supported by an international partnership between the Health Foundation (UK), Careum (Switzerland) and the Robert Bosch Campus (Germany) in collaboration with Salzburg Global Seminar.
