We are looking for a supplier to develop case studies of integrated models of chronic disease care in non-UK OECD countries that offer potentially valuable learning for improving services in the UK. Tech for Better Care: open for applications

We have launched an exciting new £2m programme which will explore the potential for using technology to enable new approaches to care at home and in the community. We are offering care providers up to £30,000 funding and practical support to develop their ideas. We are looking for mid-to-senior level leaders from the UK, Germany and Switzerland to join the sixth cohort of Sciana: The Health Leaders Network.
