Jay works with analysts, researchers and data managers across the Health Foundation to build analysis tools, pipelines and data products to support innovative analyses. He also supports the implementation of new, improved analytical workflows and helps to promote good data science practice and open working.
Prior to joining the Health Foundation in November 2020, Jay was a Senior Analyst at Get the Data Ltd, working in a team performing social impact analysis and conducting evaluations for clients in criminal justice, education and the third sector in the UK and USA.
Jay has a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the Open University.
