Eric Yang Senior Economist

Eric is a Senior Economist in the REAL Centre team, focusing on the long-term impacts of issues related to NHS finance, capital and productivity.
Before joining the Health Foundation in July 2025, Eric previously worked as an economist and data scientist at a public sector-focused economics consultancy, working on policy research, data analysis and economic modelling.
Eric has an BA in Economics from Harvard University, where he was awarded the Thomas T. Hoopes prize for outstanding undergraduate research.
