Leo joined the Health Foundation in January 2023 and is a Policy Fellow in the Policy team.
Before joining the Health Foundation, Leo worked at NHS Providers, the membership body for NHS trusts and foundation trusts. His earlier professional experiences include stints at the King’s Fund, Demos and Reform. He began his career working in policy development at the Economic and Social Research Council.
