Ross Goldstone Senior Research Manager

Ross joined the Health Foundation as a Research Manager in September 2024.

His work primarily focuses on research projects aligned with the Foundation’s strategic priority of Radical Innovation and Improvement.

Ross is currently involved in an evaluation study assessing the potential of AI scribes to reduce GP workload, as well as a study examining management capacity and capability within the NHS. He also contributes to cross-cutting initiatives, including a research project exploring accountability mechanisms related to net zero targets in the NHS.

Prior to joining the Health Foundation, Ross held roles at NHS England and the Cabinet Office. He holds a PhD in Social Science from Cardiff University, funded by the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
